Solved! Trouble loading iPod & MP3 with Acer Aspire laptop

Hello,
I recently tried to sync both my iPOD and MP3 and although it worked fine in the past, neither works now. I tend to think its the laptop since both won't sync...Help!

Try heading to Acer's support site and re-installing the chipset. Doing so will reset the USB controllers, which should in turn allow for the laptop recogize the devices.
