Trying to set up mxq pro tv box to Samsung 4k smart tv. Using HDMI 2 . I am seeing mode no supported. Resolution not supported

That's what comes up on screen. Maybe how to change the resolution?

Try a different HDMI input on the TV. Not all may support 4k. Ones that do will be HDMI 2.0 or later.

did u get to sove it and I'm having same problem..please advice
