Tv samsung hdmi color problem

Hi,
I have a samsung UE46C6000 and whatever device that I connect HDMI to HDMI, in any of the HDMI inputs on the TV, it gives me the following problem:
the picture looks all in red and black colors, and only occasionally and without touching anything, not TV or device, the image changes to look good, and again bad ... the TV is just 2 years old and it has not been this problem previously.
What I have tried:
I confirmed that the cables and the devices worked properly connecting them to another tv I have. And be sure that the conexion i made was deep enough introduced in the plug.
Could it be about hw or softw? What can be the problem?

You could try to do a firmware upgrade. There seems to have been two this year but I could not find a description of what they do. You would need to download the files onto a Usb stick and use that to perform the upgrade.

Thanks but we updated the firmware and the problem is still there, any other idea??

Is there any option of upgrading just the HDMI controllers?
