Upgrade existing non ARC HDTV to ARC HDTV

Hi,

my existing HDTV does not have ARC HDMI. Is it possible to upgrade it into one with ARC by attaching some kind of an external adapter perhaps? Will it work as good as a TV with inbuilt ARC HDMI?

There is adapter to do this. If you are buying a soundbar or HTiB make sure it has an optical input.
