Upgrade headphone question

There is no way you can measure how much one speaker sounds better or worse than another one. Even if you measure using a computer to get the exact way they reproduce frequencies you can't say that one way sounds this much better or worse. If you want a 60% louder headset, that you can measure. 60% heavier or lighter, that too. 60% "better", that depends on you.

That would be a downgrade rather than an upgrade, and a pointless one at that. Just keep your current headphones.

60% more? what exactly did you want to improve?

in short, what did you like and dislike about the ad700x and where did you want to go from there. also, you need to list budget and what equipment you have powering them.
