Upgrade ThinkPad T20 Motherboard

I "inherited" an old T20 with a bad motherboard. Does anyone know of compatible boards with the T20? I can find reasonably priced T20 boards, but would like to know if I could "upgrade" to a somewhat more modern board (eg. one that might take a P4 or better processor.)

An upgrade is improbable, unless IBM made a board for that chassis that uses a better CPU.

not worth the time or the money, but if you're realy that old and realy bored you can best upgrade to T21
