"Video 2" display on Sony Trinitron will not go away.

I have a Sony Trinitron TV. I watch both DVD's and VHS tapes. I cannot get the display, located in the upper right hand corner, to go away.

Oh, duh, that is the biggest problem. I have no remote.

surely then, there's menu controls on the TV istelf...? maybe?
if not, then get yourself a used universal remote
