Viore plasma power problem

Hi I hope you can help me. I was given a viore 42" plasma model pd42vh80. When I got it it would not power on. No standyby light or anything. I took the back off and found a plug not on right. I connected it and now the standby light will come on and turns green when I hit the power button. The tv makes about three clicking sounds then nothing. Inside on a board behind the board with the input connections is a board that has a green led on it. It just flashes off and on. I see no burned fuses or any leaking caps. Anyone have an idea?

I was not familiar with the brand, it appears it's walmart's house brand? I can tell you, at this point, If you can't take it back, and swap it, just buy a new one, you'll spend more money troubleshooting it than trying to fix it.

It is I guess a samsung relabel. I assume it is out of warranty, as the build date was 5/10/2010
