Question Website Chinese Character Showing Squared Question Mark

so currently i'm working with a laravel 9 based website and it use the chinese character (Traditional Hanzi), and somehow in my device (M2 Macbook Air, MacOS Ventura) the character shows the squared question mark and some broken characters, eg: ����;

and this problem only happens to me, none of my friends that use windows or mac have this problem, also i got no problem running it locally. i can understand if this problem also happen in other device, but it's only me. and also i already tried with different browsers but i gave me the same result. anybody have any idea? thanks

edit: also it works perfectly fine before, until suddenly it decided to break it self

i tried that but nothing happen, the weird thing is, in laravel you have like different layout that can be set as layout section, and this error only happen to the main section, while the content section just works perfectly
