Weird AUX cord needed for old JVC dvd receiver

I got this old JVC ths1 dvd player maybe from <2004 probably bought in UK if that makes any difference. I'm trying to play music from my pc or phone and i bought stereo trs to rca cord, but the plugs are too long and they dont go all the way in and are loose also the left white plug doesnt go as deep as the red(right) plug. Only the right speaker plays and it plays very silently with a loud white noise. The online manual I read for this model said it needs rca pin plug, so I suppose I need some old type of rca cable, but I didn't find it anywhere online to buy or exist.

We can't check on what connections the JVC DVD/HTS has without a model number.
RCA plugs are pretty standardized. Sound more like there is a problem with the JVC input.

Sorry about that.
Aux input looks like standard RCA jacks in the owners manual.

Aux input was stuffed with something white and hard(in small metal tube) and I deformed the metal parts of the input by trying to get it out. Please lock or delete this thread.
