I have a new Samsung Galaxy Tab A, when I first got it I just put the 16 GB, SD Card that I had in my phone into my New Tablet. But I just got a new Samsung 32 GB, SD Card and I don't have a PC. So how do I transfer all of my stuff onto the new card.

If your internal storage won't hold the data you are copying ( so from SD card to internal storage to new SD card) , you will either need to borrow a computer (make sure you don't leave your files on it after you transfer them) or use a cloud storage to hold the files.
