what is the best tablet from huwawei & galaxy tab

i am going to buy a tablet. currently i saw Huwawi tab & galaxy tab . what is the best? should i have to use mobile phone while i have tab. what would be the good mobile to buy along with the tab?

there is $115 difference between huwawi & samsung in my country. But i didn't see any different features from these two except Dual core functionality. these are the two tablet i compared.

Huawei MediaPad 7 Lite - 7" (600x1024), 3.2MP Cam

VS

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 P3100 - Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 P3100


please help me out here...

I checked the specs of both and I would really suggest the Samsung cuz I own that particular Tab myself
It has a Dual Core compared to the single core of the Huawei, it has more internal memory options, it has faster data speeds

Thank you so much. but i have few doubts i really appreciate your help. can i use two mobile sim with samsung. also can i connect my my imation external HDD drive with that. also what are the other accessories i should by with this.

no the Samsung is not Dual-SIM
not sure about OTG
also u don't need any accessories, whatever comes in the box is enough
also i would like to tell u that that Tab is not getting updated beyond Android 4.2

EDIT: yes, it supports OTG, u have to buy an OTG cable for that, thy're fairly cheap (~5$), also cannot be sure whether ur particular hard drive will be supported
