Two days ago I installed the new GTA V driver update (450.12) and after trying to play League of Legends, my most played game, nothing would happen after the patching screen and clicking launch, the patcher would simply close and nothing would happen. A day later I decided to try to test other games and every single one of them was crashing so I was able to determine that it was the driver. I removed 450.12 (with DDU) and installed a previous driver and everything seemed fine.
When I tried to play a game of league however, I notice that the frames are significantly lower no matter what settings I have the game on. I usually run the game all very high (except shadows) at about 70 to 120 frames but now the game runs at 25 to 60 dipping with a couple effects on screen EVEN ON VERY LOW as if its using the integrated card.

The odd thing is that other games run fine except for a a short stutter after loading in (longer load times too). Its only league!
Notice how Fallout is running at 1006 MHz and League only at 978.8 MHz when I clearly specified for the GPU to perform at 100%! I even tried re-installing the game 2 times.
GET THIS THOUGH! I just intentionally tried League of Legends using my Intel card. I GET MORE FRAMES USING MY INTEL CARD THAN MY NVIDIA CARD on the same video settings (At least 100 fps)! So I'm pretty pissed right now. What the hell is going on? And what did that damn update do to my GPU! I'm about ready to just restore my laptop to the factory image.
