What's a good Celsius temperature at...?

Are we talking CPU? GPU? VRM? Generally Intel states that safe operating temperatures should be below about 70-75C degrees. AMD processors tend to run cooler than Intel. AMD states that safe operating temperatures should be about 61C or under. I would assume this is more on the conservative side seeing as its from the manufacture but I would definitely stay under 80 degrees Celsius for Intel and under 70C with AMD. I would consider those temperatures bad for the health of the processor. IMO, keeping your CPU lower than 60-65C would be better for its lifespan.

Graphic Processors run hotter than the CPU will. 90-95C and under is safe operating temperature's for most top end Graphic cards. Unless you are running some really demanding Games/applications, you shouldn't see temperatures over 80C.

So anything under those standards is good, any temperatures well under those temperature are best. You shouldn't see big temps while performing normal tasks, while gaming it really depends on the game. Just stick to the limits and you will be fine.
