when I play youtube the audio goes off and on. Is it the mouse?

When I play a video, the audio goes on and off. When I shake the mouse it gets better, but not for long. What is the problem?

I dont think it's the mouse. I think it's Windows screen saver (even if you dont have a screen saver). You'll know if it's it or not if the video randomly paused and when you shake the mouse, the video starts again and somewhat skips forward.
