Since most graphics cards are using open air coolers, as they prove to be more effective at dissipating heat, why are there no laptops (that I can find) that use this design in cooling?

I know this seems like a silly question, but I'm just curious because laptops are getter more powerful and therefore produce more heat. Some laptops just improve on in blower fan (like the new Asus Zephyrus S GX701). While some beasts like the Acer Predator 21x still use blower fans even though they seem to have enough space to fit blower fan design (or make space for it)

Because that Acer is a $10,000, very thick, desktop wannabe. A fashion statement.

Laptops are a compromise between power, heat, thickness, and weight.
You could make a 3" thick laptop, with whatever GPU design you want. And no one would buy it.
