why my toshiba wont power up, my ac light on my toshiba satellite L445D-S5976 binks non stop.

when i try to power up my laptop (toshiba satellite L455D-S5976) i start off with a hard reset, hold power down for 30 sec. but no luck. all i get is a non stop ac blinking light why is that. can somebody help me?

Hi, take out the battery and boot the laptop with just the adapter, or do the reverse, unplug the adapter and boot with just the battery.
