Solved! will a roku express work on my old toshiba tv?

I have an older Toshiba tv, by that i mean at least 10 years or older. It is a flatscreen monitor on the larger size. Will a roku express work on this one, as we have the roku ultra on the downstairs tv. Or is there a way to get the roku system from downstairs to also work on our upstairs tv, the toshiba one? I am ready to purchase this but need to make sure i am purchasing the correct one...Thank You...

If the TV doesn't have HDMI then get the Roku Express + which has analog video/audio outputs.
I don't think there is a way to use the Roku you have short of connecting it directly to the Toshiba.

Does the Toshiba have HDMI inputs? If not, pass it up. If it does, you should be good to go.

Hi there-Yes a Roku should work on any TV with HDMI inputs, if the TV is too old to have HDMI I'd suggest replacing it but as the person above said they do have a model with analog output so you're covered either way. I've used this model with my previous TV but since it's analog the picture quality is pretty poor...anyway, good luck!
