Windows Media Player bug

I am using a computer that I don't use often, and trying to rip CDs. But Windows Media player won't work. This pops up http/imgur.com/rjFa2yG, and I can't do anything about it. Do you have any idea how I could solve that ?
Also iTunes doesn't work at all. The process is working but no window of the program appears on screen.
Maybe if you have another program for ripping easily ? (I am not an admin on this computer, so this will be a bit tricky. I guess I can't open iTunes because of that.)

Might be that you will find some with the option to obtain the CD information online.

When you own them, you may create a backup in any format you prefer and play them as often as you like anyways!
So rip and enjoy!
