Winlogin.exe In my Temp

Since yesterday my bit defender has been quarantining a win.login exe located in my temp folder. It keeps on doing it over and over again. I must have over 40+ folders

I would be concerned. Winlogin.exe is what runs when you login. That would be an obvious virus gateway. I would treat that computer as compromised. Remove it from the network and start cleaning it THOROUGHLY.
