won't hold charge

Have a Sylvania 10" magni tablet it will only work if its plugged in. If its unplugged it automatically shuts down or looses power. Is this some thing that can be fixed like bad battery or what? At a lose can you help?

It sounds like there is something wrong with your battery as it switches itself off. Try replacing it with another one
