Yellow/white RCA to HDMI converter needed

I have a birdbox spy camera that has a video output cable comprising a yellow and a white pin plug. My (fairly new) TV has red, green and black sockets on the back. Does anyone know how I can concert the yellow and white cables to 'talk to' the red/green/black sockets?
The TV also has HDMI sockets. Does anyone know of a RCA female to HDMI male converter?? Is there such a thing?

There are some others of varying quality, the better you get the clearer the display will be. You may want to just look into getting a newer camera, low resolution video on a converted box showing on an HD display will look pretty bad.
