Acer aspire 5532 recovery

ok i have a acer aspire 5532 it keeps shutiing down it will not letting do a restore recovery to factory when i get to the recovery screen it shuts down then i dont get any where then a screen will pop up telling me i need a disk but my computer came with none from the factory i dont know what to do? it keeps restarting on me and will not let me do any thing
