Acer blank screen no cursor

My Acer Aspire ZC-700G starts up with logo then goes blank with no cursor or anything. I initially had the blue screen stating my PC did not start correctly, tried restarting and it did nothing then did a system repair boot and this is where I'm at now. Help!

Try inserting your Windows CD and choose repair.
