Antec kuhler 920 chill control not working on second user profile.

I've had my antec kuhler 920 for around 6 months and use the software (Chill control) and it runs fine on my profile and acts as it should but when I switch to another account on my PC and try to start chill control I get an error message stating that the software cannot connect to the device and I should test the connection and restart chill control.
This only happens in the second profile on my PC and the fans spin up and down as if it were simply an air cooler connected to the CPU fan controller.

Have you tried reinstalling chill control while on this 2nd profile?
I'm thinking that it wasnt install for "All Users" and so some things got installed only to profile1 users forlder which profile2 doesnt have access too...

I've tried that.. ssomething else happens too.. if i'm logged on to my main profile and have the chill conntrol set to extreme, then log off/restart and go straight into profile 2 the fans are still at full throttle, as if the chill control on profile 1 is still being accesed even though the profile is logged out!

naw, its just remembering the last command that it was sent which was : run at full power.
