Asus k52n randomly won't accept power

No light indicators. Dead as a doornail. Took it in for repair and they replaced the power bit on the motherboard (separate board), problem remained. Reseated the CPU and that seemed to fix it. $160 later.....
Took it home and it's dead again immediately.
This is 4 times it's randomly completely died , no sounds, no power lights. I don't use the battery cause it's faulty. The charger has been tested and I've tried other chargers.
Ideas?

Took it back to the shop, he can't find the fault. It just randomly works , he said when its apart it works, when it's together it doesn't :/
