My Asus doesn't have battery to remove, power is on,but screen is black,I try to hold that power on for several seconds but still not on

Solution
Try this...

1. Turn the laptop off (not sleep or hibernate but off).
2. Connect an external monitor to the laptop.
3. Turn on the external monitor.
4. Turn on the laptop.

NOTE: You may have to press an "external monitor" button. Could be the f4 button or a button with two monitors on it, for the external monitor to work.

If you can see fine on the external monitor, then your attached display, or the ribbon cable that connects it, are your problem.

If you can't see on the external monitor at all, or the problem occurs on the external monitor as well, then it is probably the graphics card/GPU that is the problem, which may require the motherboard be replaced.

I have a Asus Vivobook fanless, running Windows 10. I use it on battery (unremovable) on the go because of the excellent 12 hour battery life and it is only around 1 year old. It is the first time this has happened and after returning from sleep mode, it locked up, refused to start and displayed a black screen. Holding the power button down for a minute or so, does not work.

This worked for me.
Hold down the "ctrl-alt-delete" buttons on the keyboard and the "power" button at the same time for at least 30 seconds or more, worked for me. But, it did not resume Windows settings and instead started the Windows log in.
In Microsoft forums, it mentions issues, when you use hibernate in sleep settings. You can easily disable the "hyberfil.sys" file under the "C" directory. Go to the "cmd" prompt, run as administrator and type "powercfg -h off". It can be re-enabled by changing the "off" to "on". I disabled hibernate on my Asus and have had no problems since.
