Best Home Server

Hi,

I want to share my movies and music with my friends in my house. What's the best program to do this on? I need something free and private.

You can do it on your own computer.
Right click on your folder(s) of what you want to share and click on "share with" then select homegroup. Your friends computers will have to be part of the homegroup to get the shared items. Thats in control panel > Homegroup and set it up with each computer.

Easy, and free, built into windows 7
