Best video streaming and Best video Recording Software.

Which is the best Video stream and Best video Recording Software that will help prevent the most lag possible! I find it absolutely annoying when i record with fraps and get constant lag spikes!!

Some details i should also include, I will be using.
Nividia - Gtx 770
Windows 8

Download FM Screen Capture Codec @ http/www.fox-magic.com/download/fmvc_setup.zip
In the "AVI File" Tab change the Video compressor to fm screen capture codec
You can also change other things in the program such as screen area and fps

I dont know much about video streaming. Ive heard of video streaming websites such as twitch which is popular
