Boxee alternative for TV

I have been using the boxee for quite some time now and I really liked it. But it seems like the box is on it's last kilometres. The remote control is acting up and the boxee crashes from time to time.

I am starting to look for a replacement. I normally use the boxee for netflix and some other streaming sites (with the browser). I also like the fact that I can plug in my usb harddrive and play any video format on it.

Here is what I am looking for:

- netflix apps
- reads all video format
- USB port
- browser with flash

I dont mind having an HTPC, but to be honest I dont feel like building it. Any recommendations on already built ones? Or other media box like WDtv, roku etc... ?
