can i change my laptops motherboard/graphics and memory?

I've posted a few things in the forums for a PC. As I currently cant afford one, I've decided to upgrade the 2 main things on the laptop. now; what i want to know is, can i actually upgrade these 3 things:
-motherboard
-graphics
-memory

just in-case it's needed, here is my laptop model:
"ASUS-N55S series"

The mobo and the graphics would be nearly impossible to upgrade, but the memory is upgradable, they usually have 2 ddr3 slots. With this model, you can upgrade to 8 gb

i can't quite afford one. i have about £80
