Can I download the 32 bit Windows 10 Media Creation Tool on a computer that is 64 bit?

The Windows 10 Media Creation Tool is not downloading correctly on my home computer, which has a 32 bit processor. I had thought to try to download to USB on my work computer, which is 64 bit. When I try to do this, I get a message telling me I have chosen the incorrect architecture. Well, yes, it is incorrect for the computer I am attempting to download on, but it is correct for the computer I need to install it on. Is what I'm trying to do possible, or do I need to try to come up with another solution? I'm not very tech savvy (obviously), so if you all could explain in the plainest terms possible (no tech lingo please!), I would greatly appreciate it.

Yes you can use another PC to download this Media Creation Tool even though it has a different version of Windows. You can refer to this link from Microsoft that has an option for you to choose to download either 32 or 64 bit.

The program itself will give you the choice to downlad both 64bit and 32 bit windows regardless of the machine you are using.

so if you are using a 32 bit machine and want to download a 64 bit windows you can do it.

just run the 32bit program and select from it which windows you want to download. actually you can choose download both 64bit and 32 bit from the program
