Canon 600D camera wont focus

I accidentally dropped my canon 600D camera, and now it wont focus -neither auto, nor manual, if I put my ear to it while focusing, I can hear a slight sound of it trying to focus. What could be the problem? Any ideas on how to fix it?

Sorry, I think the drop might have something to do with it.

If you can't manually focus it isn't about the camera but the lens.

You will have to send your lens to a lab and wait they repair them, it isn't cheap nor fast, good luck.
