Catv port on laptop?

I just got a used laptop it's a little older but it runs fast, but it has a catv port on the back of it and from my understanding that means that you can watch tv on it. My question is how would I go about using that port because I have no clue, any help would be great, thanks

It's a velocity micro Clevo m570u I didn't get a user manual with it though.
