Cracked tablet screen

the screen on my tablet has a small crack in it but 1 half of the screen doesn't seem to be working. I can slide it up and use half the keyboard on it but that's about it. I can't even log into it due to the keyboard being a full screen keyboard. The tablet is windows 8.1.

Can you use USB to connect It to a computer?
Or does It have a micro HDMI port?
