Solved! Dell computer with vista will not boot up all the way

Hello,
my dell inspiron 1525 with windows vista will only go to the windows loading screen than shutsdown after and minute or 2 than i try safemode and i get frozen than shutsdown how can i restore my computer or fix the problem?
