GPU Does Not Want My PC To Boot !!!

I Bought A GTX 750TI And A PCI Express Adapter For My Laptop.
They Came Today And When I Boot Up My PC It's Stuck At A Blinking UnderScore.
If It Is A White List Please Tell Me How To Fix It. Windows 10
It Did Boot Before When I Installed My Gpu Driver.
Laptop Model Samsung Laptop 3530EA
