HDMI - PAL/NTSC flavours

I'd like to bring my Apple TV from the US to Europe when i move there. I'm wondering if TV's in Europe have HDMI cable inputs and if they are capable of transmitting a signal from an AppleTV box.

HDMI and HDTV standards are the same in the two systems, so yes, you will be able to connect and use your Apple TV in HD. Though your Apple TV will work, i don't know how the apple store will work over the pond. You'll want to ask Apple if you'll still be able to make purchases. You also do need a voltage convertor, because US and European power systems are different.
