HELP (Please dont ingnore) laptop not working and no boot options and mouse pad not working

Hello i need urgent urgent help my pc is not working and it's a asus x540! upgraded hdd and no mousepad! thats it HELP NOW!!

Not working how? You need to elaborate much, much more. Why did you upgrade the HDD? How did you install Windows? No mousepad? What?

Did you totally replace your old HDD. or is it still your main boot drive? If you totally replaced it, did you first clone your system from the old drive before replacing it? If not then you are missing drivers that your laptop needs in order to work properly. Laptops are very particular about having the correct drivers. You can't just replace the HDD without allowing for the correct drivers.

So i removed it as the old one was faulty. And now i've put the new one in the mouse pad does not work

So basically, you don't have ANY of the drivers needed to make your laptop work, including the touchpad(mousepad).

The laptop dosent have a install on it.

You will have to contact the manufacturer and get the install disk from them. There is usually a nominal fee for the disk.

Can you get into the BIOS screen? If not, then you are describing a very expensive paperweight.
