Hello, so..

Someone was able to get into this instagram account, and added this phone number.

I was able to change the password and [CENSORED] before they could secure it.
But now, upon logging in, I am greeted with this message.
I have linked my INSTAGRAM with facebook and email when I reset password still I can’t login

I just need to know if there is any way to bypass this or if I should just kiss this account goodbye.
