Hello! My dad recently got me an old Astatic d-104, but the connection is screwed up and I want to make a converter to 3.5 mm audio jack (for use with my pc), but I have no idea what the wires and stuff does. I was wondering if any one could help. also I believe this picture may also have something to do with this ordeal: http://
Note: its either the cobra or midland 4 pin

Your link is for a CB radio mic that has a key on it which the D-104 doesn't. You can find the schematic for the mic here

If your disassemble the connector you may see that there are only two wires even if the connector has 4. According the schematic the white wire would be plus (tip on 3.5mm mono plug) and the shield ground.

your link is dead or there is something wrong. I get a 412 error when going to the link.
And thanks for the heads up about the wires, but for some reason mine has 4 wires.
ill try to get a picture up in a little bit

The colors of the wires are: white, green, blue, and then some sort of iron/steel like exposed wire ( second picture above)
Note that I am using the Atstatic G stand
