If the projector is working leave it alone.
If it isn't then you will most likely need to get it to service. Good luck with that. A company without any service information or a phone number isn't a good sign.
Was wondering if you've had any luck in finding a software update download. Everything on my projector is working properly, EXCEPT the "streaming apps " input. When you select that as the source, it just displays the "no signal" floating graphic as if it were an hdmi input with nothing plugged into it. Curtis international, after 2 months of email strings , says they'll start the "warranty process" after I send them pictures of the destroyed projector, model # labels, etc. But I don't know what that means, nor how long it'll take. It's basically my only TV. Been trying to get the info from them, but no dice.
