hi, i have toshiba laptop with windows 7. i bought motinor asus brand. i was trying to connect it using HDMI. but unfotunately there's no display in the external monitor. it shows display at my laptop only. kindly please help me for this. tnx

Try holding the Windows key and pressing 'P'. Cycle through to either Duplicate or Extend.
