How to sync "pc game recording" and "usb camera recording"

How to sync "pc game recording" and "usb camera recording" where they start at the same actual moment. In order to merge these two videos (at a same frame) to obtain a single video.

If i use a "gameplay recording software to record the game in video format" and "visualizing my pyhsical mouse by a simple camera recording" to just obtain a visual proof If I had great visible amount of LAGs.

If there is a single software doing this, I would appreciate the name.

May sound odd (or even be odd, and is beyond my comprehension right now) but just my camera is not so good, I intend only to record the mouse with it.
