I cant log on to my new acer computer

Hello,
I try to log on and my computer says wrong password when I know it is correct. Finally after about 10 times it will log me on. Can i correct this or do i need to take back my computer. It is only one day old

Since it is a new system, contact Acer for help. We have no way to verify you are the owner of the system in question. Discussions on how to by-pass security measures are not allowed on Tom's Forums. Sorry.
