I have a Sony bdv e4100 5.1 blue ray surround sound system connected to TV via HDMI-ARC. The sound system has Bluetooth and NFC. I want to connect my Sennheiser Momentum M2 IEBT In-Ear Wireless earphone to it. How do I ?

The Bluetooth and NFC are so a source can play through the HTS not to output audio to your headphones.
You could try using an HDMI audio extractor in between the HDMI output of the HTS and the HDMI input of the TV. Connect a bluetooth transmitter to the analog output of the extractor and pair the headphones to it.
