I need Cisco password. I have a brand new Chromebook 11 i3 and I can't get in anything [:-)

I'm going to enjoy Chromebook as soon as I get in. I have mrsbill wifi but I can't connect for myself or a guest until I find out the way to get a Cisco password. Stuck.
