Java - Not even in safemode...

Any ideas on why I can't get java to install? It says it installed, but then when I go to java.com and test it, the system freezes (control alt delete, then close firefox).

I tried this on multiple browsers, and even in safemode. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Any suggestions? Thanks

Also, I got it working in IE and Chrome, just not Firefox.
