Laptop under 1000$

It has gtx 960m 4gb and it can run witcher 3 and gta 5 on high settings. But it costs 12000$ Is there another laptop that can has similar specs but its cheaper? Or run same games on same settings?
I really need some help with this thread so every idea is much appreciated!

The graphics card and processor aren't that good... but... it is a touch screen. You did mean $1200 not $12000 right?

Yes, I meant 1200$. I want pure performance, I don't care for other things like touchscreen or to have a dvd writer etc.
