Laptop upgrade to run Skyrim

Hi,
I'm new to Tom's hardware but wanted to ask:
I'm on a Toshiba Satellite C655d
Running Windows 8 x64
with 2gb of DDR3 RAM
Radeon 4200HD with 256mb of RAM
and amd v120 processor clocked at 2.20 GHz
250gb hardrive at 5400 RPM
I'm wondering what kind of upgrades I can make to this computer to run Skyrim on low to medium settings, something enjoyable or maybe on par with Xbox 360 graphics. I'm on a tight budget and any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

8GB of DDR3 RAM is about 40$
Other than that, its really hard to upgrade anything else except the harddrive to an SSD

Unfortunately, the keyword there is "laptop." Very few are upgradable, and even then its usually limited to RAM or GPU. Not much you can do except buy a new gaming machine. Sorry.
